Many thanks for safe delivery of the Condenser received yesterday Friday 19th August talk about quick service as it was ordered on Monday 15th August and we live in FRANCE. We had a telephone call from the carrier in France on the Thursday advising us that it would be delivered the next day and the driver would contact us when he was in our area, this he did and he was at our house in 15 mins. We sent an e-mail on the Saturday with a question not knowing that you did not open at the weekends, two hours later we received a reply from one of your staff on their Ipad, if all companies were as good as yourselves we would be very pleased. I was well glad I done a search for a new condenser for Astra on the net as my local dealer was wanting treble yes treble of what I got it for from these guys. I was a bit dubious to start with due to the amazing price but once I read the feedbacks and that you could pay by PayPal edged me to go for it.
