For next working day delivery, orders MUST be placed before 4pm. Please note that sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, next working day delivery cannot always be guaranteed.

Orders placed after 4pm weekdays, or at weekend and bank holidays, will not be processed until the next working day, and therefore delivered the following working day. No deliveries are made at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

For example, an order placed at 5pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday, and therefore delivered on Tuesday

Please note that  we are not liable for any import taxes, duties etc that need to be paid on internationally shipped orders. These, if incurred, must be paid by the customer. Any items returned due to non payment of any import taxes and duties will be refunded if the item is in a resaleable condition and less any incurred costs in getting the unit back to us.
