Renault-Nissan Sells Its 250,000th Electric Vehicle

French computer engineer Yves Nivelle, a computer engineer, traded in his 21-year-old diesel car for a Renault ZOE, thanks in part to a generous government grant that helped him trade in his polluting older car for the zero emissions sub-compact.
