No orders will be processed during this time.
We will be back and fully operational on Thursday 2nd January, and all orders will be processed from this date.

Free Next Working Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 4:00pm to qualify. This offer applies to orders of
£78 or more (including VAT) and deliveries within
Great Britain (England, Wales & Scotland).
Please note that Northern Scotland and the Scottish Highlands may take up to
two working days.
What is a working day?
A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00pm on weekdays, or at weekends or on Bank Holidays, will be
processed on the next working day and delivered the following working day.
Example: An order placed at 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Free Next Working Day Delivery is available on the UK mainland only and does not apply to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, or other non-mainland locations.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to circumstances
beyond our control. International deliveries may be subject to customs checks, which can take
7 working days or more and may result in additional delays.
International Orders & Customs Charges
We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or charges incurred on international orders.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any items returned due to non-payment of customs
charges will be refunded only if they are in a re-saleable condition, and any return
shipping or handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
